Pour Control Kettle・KASUYA Model
Pour Control Kettle・KASUYA Model
Mr. Tetsu Kasuya supervised The World Brewers Cup and is the first world champion in Asia. Without being constrained by traditional thinking, he developed a new design of the kettle. Instead of the traditional kettle that forces you to bend your wrist up and down, this new design lets you use your whole arm for more precise control.
FEATURES
Inspired by side handle teapots, the positions of the spout and handle were reevaluated. Testing the angle one degree at a time, the position of 120 degrees was finally reached.
This particular side handle style makes it comfortable to use. The kettle is naturally level when held, so there is no wasted effort when pouring. The handle allows your fingers to rest flat and your thumb to rest diagonally, giving you better control.
