He proposed the new style which mimicked the rich taste of the cloth drip and allows you to more easily enjoy the coffee as if it were made carefully by the barista. RECIPE
Recommended recipe of Kasuya, barista.
Ground coffee|20g
Grind size|Medium-Coarse
1:Pour 30ml of hot water and steep for about 30 seconds.
※Start the timer before pouring the hot water.
2: Next, pour 30ml and wait for 30 seconds.
3:Once more pour 30ml and wait for 30 seconds.
4:After a minute a half, pour to 180ml.
※Pour in the middle as much as possible.
5:After 2 minutes, pour to 280ml.
6: Remove the dripper after a total of around three and a half minutes.
※Makes about 220~240ml.
When extracting by hand,it is an estimation similar to The Cloth Drip.
